All candidates must be eligible for full GMC registration and either already be on the Specialist Register or be within six months of receiving CCST/ CCT in Histopathology at the time of interview. The post-holder will be expected to have experience of dealing with complex cases / resections and preferably have worked at a specialist centre. A higher medical degree in this area is desirable.

Candidates wishing to undertake part time work will be considered.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for a substantive full-time post (10 PAs) as a Consultant in Cellular Pathology with a special interest in Gastrointestinal pathology.

The postholder will be working with colleagues in Cellular Pathology, clinical and laboratory, as well as several partners and other organisations to deliver gastrointestinal pathology to a highly specialised service at UCLH.
