Content Adaptation Manager- Japanese speaking role

6 month contract

UK- Remote

English and Japanese speaking - Essential

Daily rate: £500 per day

CPL Life Sciences are actively seeking an experienced Content Adaption Managers to join a leading global pharmaceutical company on contract basis until the end of 2024. Our client are a recognised leader in customer experience and engagement and are therefore seeking additional support within this team due to expanding projects within the department.

The Customer Engagement and Excellence team focus on customer experience for HCP’s and patients through innovative and outcome-orientated results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work with internal directors and external agencies to develop the customer journey and content plan

• Work with the Cx Engagement and Strategy team

• Brief the content team on content production

• Ensure content is in line with regulatory and medical requirements on a local level

• Localisation of global content

• Delivery of quality customer experience and engagement channels

• Adapting global and local materials for HCPs

• Work collaboratively with designated agencies

• Work closely with stakeholders on timely delivery of content

• Experience with working with DAM/MLR tools
