But this is what a Content Advisor in our Creative team does. We find the words. We tell the story. But we don't do it alone. We do this alongside the Global Marketing Team, surrounded by industry experts and people who care what happens next.We’re looking for a creative and talentedContent Advisor to write and produce various types of content that help build Worley’s brand, expand its reach and generate leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, curiosity and excellent writing and project management skills. You’ll have at least four years’ experience in marketing with an interest in content creation and storytelling.What you'll do: Lead, create and help optimise the success of campaigns across the website and social media in collaboration with the wider marketing team.Support our Brand, Acquisition and Account-based marketing teams to help them drive their marketing plans with engaging online/offline experiences across the customer decision journey.Create content that aligns with our business goals, engages our customers, and drives leads. Create engaging content, delivered as part of an overarching connected story, across multiple formats and channels. These would include, but are not limited to features, blogs, case studies, people profiles, social posts, video scripts, press releases and news stories.Work with a range of stakeholders to translate technical concepts, papers and projects into simple, easy-to-understand content.Track the success of our content through engagement with our Planning & Operations team, and demonstrate how we can implement insights gained to improve future output.Help maintain a high standard of marketing content, in line with our tone of voice.Monitor the website content and work with other content team members to make sure it is always up-to-date and in line with the content calendar. Proactively bring forward creative and content ideas to support our marketing and business goals. Stay on top of the latest industry news.Stay on top of the latest content and digital marketing trends and best practices.What you'll bring:Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements: Brilliant copywriting skills but with an ability to be process-driven and rely on data to make decisions.Experience creating content and online experiences across multiple digital channels.Excellent written communication skills (English).Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Willingness to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Understanding of content best practices across LinkedIn, X and Facebook.Team player, but also able to work independently.Demonstrated experience or a willingness to work remotely as part of a global team.Comprehensive working knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365. Location: All UK locations and The Hague are considered, however we would like to look at candidates in London, England as a priority for this role. Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:Required: BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
