How will you be making a difference?

  • Craft clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various digital platforms, including the company website, blog, social media channels, mailing list and internal intranet
  • Collaborate with our speech therapists and AAC specialists across the company to create blogs and develop content for our digital channels
  • Uncover and share the stories of people who use our technology to communicate and achieve their ambitions, by leveraging user generated content and creating case studies
  • Manage the content calendar and our social media channels (particularly Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), delivering content that is consistent and on-brand
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with the broader marketing and PR activity to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Respond to messages and comments, build relationships and drive conversation in our online communities
  • Produce monthly reports monitoring KPIs and use insights to make recommendations
  • Benchmark against competitor activity
  • Support the marketing activity around external events, from initial promotion on our channels and post-event comms to creating materials
  • Work with the Corporate Communications Manager to develop social media strategies
  • Work with the Product Marketing Manager and build content plans to support product launches and new features in Grid, our flagship AAC software
  • Develop graphic design skills to create eye-catching content using Canva
  • Film and edit videos, reels and stories for social media, and longer form videos for our websites and learning platform
  • Supporting the wider marketing team with key projects, coordinating and attending events, subtitling videos and attending events and global awareness campaigns

Essential Qualifications/skills/experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adopt the company ‘voice’ and create content for a range of audiences
  • Ability to create long and short-form content for a range of online channels including video, social media captions, email campaigns
  • Experience researching and writing blog content or editorial
  • Knowledge of different content types and formats
  • Experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter, and managing online communities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A passion for digital design, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Basic image creation and video editing skills
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Good IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using analytical tools (social insights)
  • Willingness to undertake a variety of marketing tasks and support the wider team
  • Self-motivated and a desire to learn

Useful Qualifications/skills/experience

  • CIM/CIPR qualification or degree in a related field
  • Video creation and editing skills
  • Graphic design and photography skills
  • Experience using Mailchimp and Google Analytics
  • Excellent knowledge of social media strategies
  • Knowledge of SEO best practice
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practice
  • Experience working in the health, care or education sector

Additional information:

  • You will have the flexibility to work between your home and their office locations in Malvern and Bristol. For this role, they require the candidate to work in the Bristol office twice a week as a minimum
  • You will need to maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of all our products and their uses
  • You will meet and keep in regular contact with other teams in the business
