Vivid Ink is a leading regional tattoo and piercing company with 13 studios across the Midlands area. As we continue our growth mission, we are looking for a talented Organic Social Media Marketer to join our team and help us transform our organic social media marketing agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality, visually stunning content (photos, videos, graphics) using an iPhone/Android, ensuring it aligns with our brand aesthetics and values.
Write compelling captions, posts, and stories that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Utilise various iPhone/Android apps and tools to edit and enhance content, maintaining a consistent look and feel.
Organize and manage social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities to boost engagement and reach.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
Collaborate with tattoo artists, customers and studio managers to showcase their work, document tattoo sessions, and highlight their specialties.
Social Media Strategy:
Helping to develop and implement a comprehensive content creation plan to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to keep our strategy relevant and competitive.
Generate excellent engagement through social media using organic methods (Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok and emerging platforms)
Written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and posts.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable being on camera for social media content.
Passion for tattoos, body art, and the tattoo culture is a plus.
