As a Content Creator at Natural Baby Shower, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and engaging our community. Role overview: As a Content Creator at Natural Baby Shower you’ll craft visually appealing videos that highlight the Natural Baby Shower brand, show off our products, educate our audience, and enhance engagement. This will predominantly be through short-form video content across TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be part of the Social Media and Brand Partnerships team, ideating and creating content, as well as reporting and analysing its performance to continually improve our content creation. Reporting to the Social Media & Brand Partnerships Manager as part of the Social Media & Brand Partnerships Team (other team members: Social Media and Content Executive, Community Executive) Key responsibilities: Develop and create engaging short-form video content for Natural Baby Shower, our sister brands Babiators and Merino Kids, as well as our brand partners Ensure we’re creating a range of content, including short reels, product reviews, tutorials, demonstrations, and lifestyle videos Analyse and report on the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations based on data to improve future content performance Stay updated on trends, features, and best practices on Instagram and TikTok Plan and execute video shoots, including framing and composition and utilise video recording equipment and editing software for polished and professional videos Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met Gain a thorough understanding of our product range to effectively communicate benefits and features in videos Work closely with the team to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all video content Maintain organised records of video assets, including backups and archives What you’ll need to succeed: Demonstrable experience creating short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (Facebook and YouTube a bonus) Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices Passion for eco-friendly and sustainable baby products Experience in storytelling for brands Experience reporting on engagement metrics to continually optimise content Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments The ability to film content at home is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and attention to detail Our offer to you: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 after 2 years (inclusive of bank holidays, pro-rata for part-time employees) Hybrid working available Enhanced maternity/paternity pay Confidential Employee Assistance Programme Generous Employee discounts Free onsite parking Perkbox - Employee Benefits Scheme offering Internal development program Friendly working environment This is part-time role - 20 hours per week (must be available on Mondays, other days flexible) Head office-based (Bracknell) with travel between head office, store (Bagshot), and various content locations (if needed)
