Content & SEO Manager

Hybrid/office-based
You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media, and other digital channels. Your primary goal will be to improve our search engine rankings and drive traffic to our website. You will work closely with our marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Write high-quality, SEO-focused content that engages our target audience and drives traffic to our website.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop high-value content ideas that align with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure the consistent publishing of both new and relevant content.
- Management of our SEO Agency to ensure they are delivering on set KPIs and deliverables.
- Edit and proofread internal and external content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to our brand voice.
- Work with external copywriters and third-party content creators on branded digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to capitalise on search opportunities to support aggressive SEO growth targets.
About you, you have
- Proven experience as a B2B SEO-focused content writer, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with using content management systems to build and publish content.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other website analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred/desired experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related.
