The Role:


As a Content Manager, you will lead our content strategy and execution efforts across our B2B and D2C brands. This pivotal role involves overseeing content creation, campaign planning, cross-functional collaboration and the management and development of more junior members, all with the aim of driving engaging and impactful multi-channel campaigns.


You will be responsible for:


· Lead Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives. Ensure content resonates with target audiences and contributes to achieving business goals.


· Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and the Content & Campaign Lead.


· Team Management: Oversee a team of content professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction to drive high-quality content creation and campaign execution.


· Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tech, product, and UX teams, to enhance user experience and website functionality.


· Content Optimisation: Continuously evaluate the performance of content across brands and channels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven enhancements.


· B2B Content Development: Lead the creation of engaging and relevant B2B content that resonates with target audiences and contributes to business growth.


· Blog Management: Manage the blog proposition, collaborating with SEO and CRM teams to ensure content aligns with marketing strategy, is measurable, and supports campaign goals.


· Social Media Coordination: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop compelling content for various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.


· Website Content Oversight: Work with partners and internal stakeholders to maintain up-to-date customer and commercial content on the website, aligned with brand identity and customer needs.


· Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation by exploring new content approaches, user experience enhancements, and website performance improvements to maintain a competitive edge.


And Ideally You Will Bring:


· An understanding of B2B audiences and how to effectively engage them

· An understanding of SEO and how it is affected by on-site factors

· Understanding of web analytics and KPIs related to website content

· An exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to cope well under pressure

· Able to multitask and prioritise demanding work requests

· Must be an innovative thinker, with evidence of an inquisitive approach to content, continually looking for new ways of improving content, user experience and website performance

· Strong relationship builder / interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both written and oral
