Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:
- Analyse how and when to post content and create the best plan possible based on your insights
- Transform our current content from webinars and conferences by making text, audio and video bits for our various SoMe channels e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Podcast etc.
- Drive traffic and engagement that translates into sales and brand promotion
- Continuously measure and improve content performance, and adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels
You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you do. You take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments. Moreover, you’re humble and you share our passion for building and executing new businesses. Furthermore, we expect that you:
- Have acquired a bachelor’s or master's degree with outstanding results
- Have +2 years of work experience with outstanding performance within video production, editing or equivalent
- Have an EU work permit
- Are passionate about video production and editing
- Possess excellent creative problem solving skills
- Are an exceptional communicator in writing with an exceptional attention to detail
