The Role You will be joining a highly experienced team work on a range of matters including Working closely with private equity providers, private individuals, investors, shareholders and creditors Have the opportunity to work with banks, asset-based lenders and financial stakeholders Deal with negligence claims against Insolvency Professionals and Accountants Investigating and pursuing fraud claims You will manage your own caseload with supervision working with corporate and commercial clients on a regular basis.
The Candidate Our client seeks a solicitor with significant Commercial Litigation or Contentious Insolvency experience.
You will have had exposure working directly with high quality corporate and commercial clients.
You will be capable of managing your own caseload and be able to assist less experience members within the team.
