Contentious Probate Solicitor, Bedfordshire – Due to the outstanding growth of this friendly and established firm of Solicitors, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its experienced team based in Bedfordshire. You will need to be at least 3 years’ PQE with experience in this area of law. This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid working available. JOB TITLE: Contentious Probate Solicitor
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: c£40,000 - c£50,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
Here is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor with a proven background in contentious probate to join an established firm of high-street solicitors in Bedfordshire. Reporting to the Supervising Partner, you will be managing a varied caseload of Contentious Probate, including matters such as Inheritance Act Claims, wills disputes, contentious Court of Protection, contentious trusts and other general litigation. You will have a strong and steady flow of new instructions from referrals and existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated/technically strong Contentious Probate Solicitor with ambition, who can develop relationships and will easily tap into a lucrative client base. Hybrid/flexible working is available. Salary may be negotiable for the right candidate.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Contentious Probate Solicitor will be at least 3 years’ PQE in this area of law and possess excellent client care and communication skills, together having the ability and experience of handling your own caseload and managing deadlines. You will ideally have effective business development skills, good drafting and writing skills and preferably be ACTAPS qualified.

Although based in the Bedfordshire, this firm regularly acts for clients across the country, particularly London and the South East of England.
