They have a vacancy for a contentious probate solicitor or chartered legal executive at newly qualified level up to 3 years post qualification.
The role will entail:
- Manage your own caseload of all types of contentious probate and trusts and Inheritance Act claims as well as handling cohabitation disputes
- Assist a partner on more complex disputes
- Supported to complete the ACTAPS accreditation
