We welcome applications from people who want to work flexibly, full or part time, or to work around other commitments or family. We will consider people who have busy lives and cannot commit to full time, as perhaps you work already. This would include Nurses, and Social Workers who want to work 3 or more days per week. Our team are home based and work remotely on projects around the country and as a company we offer excellent renumeration, working conditions and support to our staff. Principal tasks & activities Working within the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) you will chair Multi-disciplinary Meetings (MDTs), complete Decision Support Tools (DSTs) and complete 3 and 12-month Continuing Healthcare reviews on behalf of Integrated Care Boards (ICB). These will be done with both the provider and the individual (or their representatives) and will be held virtually on MS Teams or Zoom. The role will include producing a report and outcome for each case. Experience Essential: 12 months post qualifying experience Operational Continuing Healthcare experience Administration, Clerical experience Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft suite to include Outlook & Excel Inbound or outbound customer service experience. Desirable: Experience in managing caseloads. Experience in similar work Skills & competencies Essential: Excel skills to intermediate level such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables Ability to manage own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines Attention to detail Numerate and data analysis driven Ability to understand and interpret information from a variety of sources Desirable: Ability to write Macros or VBA Qualification & training Essential Current NMC Pin or Social Work England Licence About us Liaison Care is at the heart of supporting the NHS standardise and improve the end-to-end delivery of CHC.
