Our client is a highly regarded and successful Commerical Maintenance Company based in Manchester. Due to their continued success, they are recruiting for a dynamic and energetic Commercial Administrator to provide administrative support for a busy office.
Duties include:
Providing Finance Administration support to the team
Updating excel spreadsheets with income and expenditure details
Inputting rental invoices and bank statement on to in-house database Organising and filing property documents financial documents including leases Speaking to engineer and clients Raising PPM's Responsible for property maintenance administration
Skills and attributes
Strong IT skills - Excel
Must have strong numeracy skills
Confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
Strong communication, both spoken and written English is vital
