Our client is a highly regarded and successful Commerical Maintenance Company based in Manchester. Due to their continued success, they are recruiting for a dynamic and energetic Commercial Administrator to provide administrative support for a busy office.
Duties include:
- Providing Finance Administration support to the team
- Updating excel spreadsheets with income and expenditure details
- Inputting rental invoices and bank statement on to in-house database * Organising and filing property documents financial documents including leases * Speaking to engineer and clients * Raising PPM's * Responsible for property maintenance administration
Skills and attributes
- Strong IT skills - Excel
- Must have strong numeracy skills
- Confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
