An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Contracts Manager dependant on experience, working at our Glasgow Office. Planning and managing day to day operations within company standards and policies. Estimating project costs for asbestos removal projects. Ensuring customers, contractors and partners are fully informed of our activities, and that our plans are coordinated with theirs. Previous operational, project or contract management experience is essential. Asbestos industry experience and qualification such as P402 is desirable but not essential for this role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Project and email/internet. Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner. Financial and commercial acumen. Ability to handle pressure and good time-management. We are a market leader in the asbestos removal, demolition, and land remediation industries .
