Contracts Manager
A global Telecommunications client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for reviewing supplier contracts into our client, including existing and new/prospective contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Contracts:
- Analyse and review the terms and legalities within contracts to ensure they meet company standards and legal requirements.
- Evaluate contracts for fit-for-purpose criteria, ensuring they deliver the necessary outcomes from suppliers.
Contract Optimization:
- Assess existing contracts to ensure they are delivering the intended benefits and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with relevant departments to ensure contract terms are effectively implemented and monitored.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate and re-negotiate contract terms with suppliers to achieve favourable conditions and compliance with company policies.
- Develop strategies for contract negotiations to optimize cost, efficiency, and risk management.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
£475 per day outside IR35
