To ensure continuity of customer care and support the service delivery team Your new company   An opportunity to work for a large, global, growing organisation, supporting the service delivery team. Your new role This position requires a dynamic and proactive person with a can-do attitude to assist the Service Delivery Team in overseeing administration assistance and support to all customers. Main point of contact for all contract renewals  Responsible for Renewal contract pricing across all regions for add-on’s Ensure all renewal quotes are produced in a timely manner  Producing daily escalation reports for any outstanding contract issues Responsible for setting up documentation for each contract in a file structure Updating and managing spreadsheets Problem-solving and complaint handling relating to contracts Attending meetings and training courses when required  What you'll need to succeed   Experienced in Contract Admin, Contract management or relevant roleThe ability to work with initiative and confidence, and have an enthusiasm for customer service and contract-related workExperience of administrative work with the ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and to tight deadlinesOrganisational abilities A sharp eye for detail Ability to follow any verbal or written instructions accuratelyGood numerical skills What you'll get in return   A yearly bonus  Free parking on-site 20 days holiday plus BH - increase in holiday every year - up to 5 days Quarterly social outings Career progression opportunities  What you need to do now   If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
