CMT Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage our expanding portfolio of service, delivery, and international contracts. In this critical role, you’ll ensure our contracts are compliant, accurately managed, and aligned with our business needs. Location & Hours: Dartford, Kent (Onsite Working) Full-time, Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer service and delivery of international contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Provide administrative support to the finance and legal teams, including preparing documentation and reports. Review, draft, and maintain records of all contracts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely renewals. Provide administrative support to internal departments, assisting with contract negotiations and amendments. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in managing service and delivery contracts, particularly in an international context. Strong understanding of contract compliance, financial coordination, and legal requirements. Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail in managing complex contractual documentation. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Skills & Qualifications: A-levels or equivalent qualifications; additional certifications in contract management, legal administration, or paralegal studies are a plus.
