The successful candidate will be working for a dynamic Marketing/Media Agency. They will be working on everything from gaining new client contracts, producing the legal contracts and alongside the Brand Manager you will develop marketing and growth strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate new commercial projects and contract terms with new clients.
• You will demonstrate an understanding of legal concepts and be able to appropriately ensure the business is suitably protected through our commercial contracts.
• Resolve any issues arising with contracts and commercial operations.
• Looks for opportunities to grow the business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and work to take advantage of those opportunities.
• Analyses sales and other reports that give insight into how the company can adjust to improve performance.
• You will manage daily company operations, including office and supplier contracts.
• Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions.
• You will have a background of working in a commercial role.
• Awareness and understanding of latest industry trends, including laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
