Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding Police force based in West Yorkshire. They are looking for a Contract and Procurement Solicitor to join their growing team. Temporary assignment: 3 months ongoing contract.
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle high volume caseloads in contract and procurement from start to completion.
- Drafting high value and complex documentations.
- Handle disputes arising from procurement and contract-related matters.
- Advise and direct commercial projects of unlimited value on behalf of West Yorkshire Police. Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts including special police service agreements, Police Community Support Officer (PSCO) agreements and other matters to ensure the best financial outcomes for the Force.
