Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Project Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to projects, ensuring timelines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Subcontractor Management: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with subcontractors, effectively coordinating their involvement across projects to ensure timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and consistent quality.
  • Supplier Relations: Maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Quality & Customer Service: Oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring all projects meet client expectations and are completed to the highest standards.
  • Health & Safety: Take full responsibility for health and safety, implementing best practices that exceed industry regulations.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Drive efficiency and quality by implementing new ideas and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of operatives, supporting their development and recruitment for future projects.
  • Reporting & Digital Oversight: Provide regular reports on project progress, financials, and challenges while maintaining up-to-date digital job tracking systems.
