Job Description
We are looking for a Contracts Manager with relevant oil and gas refineries.
Reporting to the Project Manager the suitable incumbents should qualify as follows:
Responsibilities
- Contracting tasks include:
- Management and coordination of award process
- Development of contract documents including tender documents
- Management of Owner approval process
- Management of claims avoidance activities
- Coordination of contract execution
- Contract administration including:
- Schedule administration
- Variation or change administration
- Proper operation of the Project Execution (Management) Plan
- Periodic preparation and processing of site reports
- Assistance to the Project Controls Manager for project reporting requirements
- Maintenance of contract documents
- Processing of contractor documents
Qualifications
- Should be a Civil / Mechanical / Electrical engineer with extensive experience in Sub - contracts and Quantity surveying works for Refineries, Oil and Gas industries, like Pre - FEED and FEED projects
- Previous experience of working on a refinery project preferred.
- Communication and Co - ordination skills
- The candidate should be based in UK and be eligible to work in UK.
