JOB – Control Systems Engineer (Junior/Senior)
LOCATION – Berkshire
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £30,000 - £65,000 per annum
My client, a Berkshire based engineering company are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. They’re considering a range of experience levels for this position, including Junior.
The Control Systems Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- A degree level education or alternate qualification equivalent in Electrical or Control systems Engineering (BEng, BSc, HND, NVQ etc).
- Proficient in PLC programming with structured text.
- Knowledge of PLC software.
- Verbal & communication skills.
The Control Systems Engineer’s duties will include:
- Producing & modifying PLC softwares.
- Installation commissioning, fault finding, modification of Control Panels & equipment.
- Supervising electrical engineers.
- Project budget & management.
- Ensuring the safety of site workers.
