This firm has a focus on ensuring their clients are kept properly informed throughout their case and that their case is dealt with as efficiently as possible.Your New Role: Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a full-time Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. This is a hybrid role that requires the successful candidate to work primarily in their Bangor office. As a Conveyancing Solicitor at Boyd Rice, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing files, advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, drafting deeds, and working closely with other members of the team to ensure that our clients are kept properly informed throughout the process.What You’ll Need to Succeed: This role would suit those that are NQ-2PQE in residential conveyancing, although applicants with all levels of PQE will be considered.Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated the ability to work independently and proactively.Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.Demonstrated the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders such as estate agents, surveyors and mortgage brokers.What You’ll Get in Return: The successful candidate will receive the following;Attractive Salary.Bonus Scheme.Private Healthcare.Life Insurance.Generous Holiday Entitlement.
