Responsibilities:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor at our firm, you will be responsible for undertaking general conveyancing matters with a focus on a value rather than volume style of conveyancing. Your duties will include:
- Handling residential and commercial conveyancing transactions
- Advising clients on property law matters
- Drafting legal documents and contracts
- Conducting property searches and due diligence
- Providing expert legal guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and client management skills
