Challenge of Change. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Looking to Increase Salary & Responsibility in 2023 ....
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (or designate level) to effect change in this diversified business (£3bn) being managed from the UK, with Business Units in France, across Central Europe & Canada.
This Board level appointment is very much in response to the current socio - economic situation that exists worldwide and is being established to anticipate and prepare the BU's for significant change.
The COO will be experienced in Change or in a combination of facets: Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain.
Change will be Organization-Wide and include aspects of:
* transformational change
* personnel change
* unplanned change
* remedial change
and mitigation of risk to stakeholders.
Desirables include: Languages, First Degree, Masters or MBA, OD, Matrix Operations, COO.
Desired in sector experience: Utilities, Consultancy, FS, Retail, Technology, Manufacturing.
