Job description
Available Hours:
Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours per week (10.5 hour shifts over 4 days on a 2 week rolling rota)
You will be responsible for delivering a high quality catering service, planning menus with residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.
You will manage our dedicated catering team, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.
An experienced caterer is required, with good planning, budget and stock control abilities.
Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff.
About the Home
Willowcroft is a 60 place residential and dementia care home in Spondon, Derby. Willowcroft is a purpose-built home built over two floors and has recently undergone a £135,000 refurbishment. The home has two wings providing 30 residential places and 30 places for dementia care.
