We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation seeking an Import Coordinator working in Essex. Facilitating communication across our diverse network, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots, ensuring seamless operations. • Monitoring vessel arrivals to stay ahead of logistics and scheduling needs. • Generating invoices to ensure accurate billing and financial documentation. • Coordinating collections and deliveries, prioritizing adherence to customer deadlines for optimal satisfaction. Experience working within Freight Forwarding industry • Experience using software such as CNS, Multi Freight or Destin8 • Proficient in MS Office •
