Corporate Benefits Administrator - Remote - Permanent. We are looking for a Corporate Benefits Administrator to join the growing team of our client. This individual will provide a full comprehensive administration support to Consultants and Advisors, administering Group Risk and Medical Insurances. The ideal candidate will work from home. Key Accountabilities IncludeRenewal and Broking of Group Schemes Liaising with product providers, obtaining quotes and negotiating preferred termsInput plan details into Client DatabasePrepare relevant documentation and suitability reportsClient documentation and diary entries Scan all documents and emails provided into the Client DatabaseAdd activity entries and workflowsCompliance Check all Anti Money Laundering information is current and relevant checks have taken place (e.g. Companies House search)Check documents and agreements are signed and datedClient/Advisor/Provider Requests Obtain illustrations, application forms, key and supporting documentationNew Business Submission Submit applications on timeTrack new business and current position, updating Planner accordinglyOther Duties Accurate activity management through Client Database Person SpecificationKnowledge Experience in Pension, Group Risk, Medical and other corporate benefits administrationExcellent technical and legislative understanding of DC Pensions, Group Risk and Group PMIKnowledge of Wellbeing principles and associated benefitsUnderstanding of online benefits and technology Experience Minimum 1 years' experience working in a Financial Services Administration RoleExperience in Group Risk, Medical, Pensions and Employee Benefits QualificationsRDR compliant qualifications preferredConsent to, and have clear results for, police check, bankruptcy search and any other background screening that is required for this position Skills / Personal AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent telephone skillsRelationship building skillsComputer literateHonesty and integrityAbility to work as part as a team and unsupervised
