Job Description Working within the Corporate Communications team and reporting to a Director, this role helps drive IFS brand awareness through strategic, consistent and high-impact external communications programs that position IFS as a highly credible thought leader in its field. This position will suit someone with 4-7 years experience in a similar role, in Public Relations or corporate communications (enterprise software / technology strongly preferred) The successful candidate will use expertise, collaboration, and creativity to help manage and deliver IFS corporate messages, content and best practices to the company’s key regions, enabling them to implement effective awareness-driving communications programs which resonate locally while aligning with corporate goals. Purpose: Lead and execute key Corporate Communications programs, ensuring alignment with corporate business goals and facilitating the smooth operation of the department. Reporting to: Director of Corporate and Executive Communication. Key to this role is a firm understanding of the PR and Corporate Communications disciplines as well as macro-economic, business and technology themes. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Program Management: Develop and implement specific communication program strategies that integrate and align with the overall Corporate Communications plan and enhance the company’s reputation and brand awareness globally. Content Oversight: Oversee the creation and distribution of high quality corporate communications materials, ensuring consistency across various platforms. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including executive leadership, managing relationships, and ensuring effective communication flow. Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication programs, using data to drive continuous improvement. Specific Programs include: Press release management Own the coordination, planning and execution of customer, partner and corporate press releases & media alert development. Draft certain releases, supported by a copywriter on the majority Press release tracker & process Press release /media alert publication via IFS.com Draft social posts to support amplification Weekly News PR radar IFS blog Oversee a strategic refresh and ongoing management of the content Act as quality control custodian and primary content editor, providing feedback to IFS authors Manage targets and benchmarks for success and report against them at regular intervals Regional PR team engagement and communications: Work with Directors to leverage the broader PR team and IFS’s global network of PR agencies to build visibility Global PR Hub content management Global PR call support Metrics & reporting – PR tools Cision tool management Input into monthly Presidents Book (PR & Social dashboard) Thought leadership content creation Participate in the ideation and development of Global PR content, including primary research and industry/technology opinion pieces Qualifications This position will suit someone with 4-7 years experience in a similar role, in Public Relations or corporate communications (enterprise software / technology strongly preferred) Experience of working in an international and global team preferred A collaborator & team player, keen to contribute to the team and the business Ability to work in a fast-paced, transformational environment to an exacting standard Ability to communicate directly and concisely to suit internal clients’ need of brevity and decisiveness Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the tone of the brand, in order to write or oversee freelance writing of content Proven writing ability Highly positive, relationship builder with and energetic can-do attitude Detailed operating knowledge of key social media platforms Additional Information We believe that coming together as a community, in person, is important for innovation, connection and fostering a sense of belonging.
