Job Introduction
Due to an increased in client work we have an urgent requirement for a contract lawyer to support our growing and hugely successful Corporate Team. A specific client service team is created for each transaction, blending available skills and resource.
This is a 3-6 month contract, inside of IR35
Our Corporate Team work with major clients across a range of Corporate transactions, including corporate acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs/ins and private equity and venture capital investments.
Role Responsibility
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Working at a high level on a wide variety of matters, including acting on M&A, private equity and public equity transactions for listed corporates
- Supporting on a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and company reorganisations / joint ventures / venture capital.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Relevant background within a corporate or commercial legal team with experience gained within corporate or finance law
- You will have the confidence to handle a sizeable and good quality caseload for a broad range of clients.
