OVERVIEW:
• The successful Corporate Crime Solicitor will be joining a highly regarded Pensions team, conducting a fantastic quality of work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• You will be responsible for advising corporates, and their boards and directors, on business-critical issues concerning corporate crime, financial crime and regulatory enforcement.
• The work will cover, but not limited to, serious fraud and money laundering; bribery and corruption; sanctions and export controls; insider dealing and market abuse; corporate manslaughter, inquests, health and safety, and fire safety; food safety and hygiene; consumer protection and trading standards; and the recovery of the proceeds of crime
• You can expect to be involved in a range of high profile, complex cases from the outset
• You will display technical excellence strong sector knowledge and be committed to providing first-rate client experience.
