Our client is a major global law firm with an established and longstanding reputation in the UK, where they are headquartered.

Their top ranked UK-based Energy & Infrastructure team advises clients on M&A transactions across the world. They act on deals that encompass all of the major purchase and divestment structures in the marketplace, ranging from smaller-scale farm outs to high value, multi-jurisdictional corporate and asset transactions.

Due to consistent and growing client demand, the London team now has an opportunity for an able and ambitious mid-senior level Associate to join them.
