The team have performed exceptionally well despite the recent market challenges, and are looking to expand their corporate finance function. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with prior advisory experience who is looking to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments to support various transactions and strategy.
- in the development of a range of financial models
- a vital role in negotiating and structuring transactions, including deal terms, financing, and compliance.
- closely with cross-functional teams to execute complex transactions and deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
- strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external advisors to enhance the firm's reputation and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
