Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

What you'll do:

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's organisation. You will be entrusted with reviewing group forecasts, preparing financial models, collaborating on business plans, acting as a liaison for stakeholders, managing key financing projects, providing financial analysis for valuation projects, devising cash flow strategies, forecasting financing costs, monitoring risk exposures, liaising on funding requirements, and leading new corporate finance workflows. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the company's financial success.
  • Review the monthly Group forecast model and prepare financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Collaborate with the development team on the creation of business plans, proposals and preparing deal economic appraisals
  • Act as a direct contact for lenders, shareholders and other stakeholders, providing periodic briefings and managing information requests
  • Manage key financing projects and liaise with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide financial and commercial analysis to support valuation and restructuring projects
  • Review monthly hotel reporting and devise cash flow management strategies, providing technical and commercial feedback
  • Forecast external financing costs and provide hedging strategy recommendations
  • Monitor exposures to FX, interest rate, and liquidity risk, recommending appropriate strategies to manage such exposures
  • Liaise with hotels regarding funding requirements
  • Take the lead on new workflows relating to corporate finance project
What you bring:
  • The ideal Corporate Finance Manager will bring a wealth of experience and a strong skill set to the role. You will be a qualified accountant with at least three years of technical and commercial experience, ideally from a leading professional services firm or a relevant industry role. Your background in corporate finance will include mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, and providing financial advice. You will have experience in treasury mechanics, building and modifying integrated financial models, and have up-to-date knowledge of IFRS. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to confidently present at Board level. A highly commercial mindset is essential for this role.
  • Qualified accountant with at least three years of strong technical skills and commercial experience
  • Experienced corporate finance professional with a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, and financial advice
  • Experience in recommending on treasury mechanics such as types of debt instruments, derivatives, FX, hedging, typical forms of risk exposure
  • Proficient in building and modifying integrated financial models
  • Strong technical financial accounting knowledge with up-to-date IFRS knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in presenting at Board level
  • Knowledge of valuation methodologies used for valuation of real estate assets and financial instruments
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent communication and advisory skills
  • Highly commercial mindset with a high level of English language proficiency
