The Corporate Fundraising Officer will play an important part in the charities continued ambitious growth. Joining us at this pivotal time, we can offer a talented fundraiser the opportunity to make their own mark as part of this innovative and dynamic charity.
Drawing on the charity’s excellent networks, as well as through your own research, you will create and manage a pipeline of companies across a range of sectors who can be approached for funding.
You will deliver excellent account management for existing supporters, stewarding these relationships into long-standing partnerships. You will manage sponsorship and advertising opportunities for fundraising events, most notably the annual Gulls’ Eggs Luncheon and the Grouse & Grape Luncheon.
With a minimum of two years corporate fundraising experience and exceptional communication skills, this role will suit a resilient, creative fundraiser who is used to working on their own initiative and managing multiple projects.
The Corporate Fundraising Officer will report to the Head of Philanthropy and work within the Philanthropy team alongside our Trusts and Major gifts Fundraising teams.
Cure Parkinson’s was set up in 2005 by four people living with Parkinson’s.
In 15 years, the charity they started has made significant progress in the quest for a cure. We have funded millions of pounds of research, made scientific discoveries, and opened new avenues of research. We have made enormous strides in involving people with Parkinson’s in research and given hope to many with the condition. Our innovative approach, which has led to collaborations with the world’s leading researchers and their inspirational work, combined with the active support of thousands of people living with Parkinson’s around the world, is bringing us closer to a cure for Parkinson’s.
