Job Description
As a corporate governance solicitor you will;
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate governance within the firm.
- Ensure the firm's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement governance structures and practices.
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters to senior management and board members.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure company-wide adherence to governance practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of corporate governance and professional services industry.
- Handle any corporate governance issues that arise, offering practical and effective solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful corporate governance solicitor should have:
- An England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction qualification
- Proven experience in handling corporate governance matters in a professional services firm.
- Exceptional understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Due to the nature of the role you must be able to start before September.
