Our client has one of the largest dedicated Corporate Insurance teams in the market, and is widely seen as one of the very best. Work is at the cutting edge: in 2020, the team handled two of the most significant investments in the market. Already in 2022, the team has handled three significant “legacy” reinsurance deals, along with numerous private equity driven broker deals, and management advisory mandates. These are examples of the large number of significant transactional mandates handled by the team in the (re)insurance sector each year.
The team works hard, but there is no hours-based culture. Team members will be encouraged to help to drive the business, and will have a high degree of autonomy and client involvement. You will work with, support and learn from experienced colleagues, including the partners, who are each independently recognised as leaders in the insurance legal services market.
