My client advises high value clients (particularly those based in the South East), entrepreneurs and the UK operations of multinationals on corporate matters. The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2PQE.
- Good academics and a proven track record in corporate Law
- Experience in a company commercial role is also suitable
