My client advises high value clients (particularly those based in the South East), entrepreneurs and the UK operations of multinationals on corporate matters.
Here you can expect to be involved with M&A, joint ventures, partnerships and general corporate advice.
Working as part of this team will give you opportunity to lead your own transactions as well as coming together to work as a team on larger deals.

The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 3PQE.
