As part of the existing team you will lead and assist on M&A transactions & re-organisations, as well as providing advice on corporate finance transactions and handling commercial contracts work.
You will be a team player, have excellent problem solving skills and be comfortable dealing with a varied work-load.
Applicants will ideally be 4-6 years PQE, however there is flexibility around this, and must have a transactional corporate background.
