JOB TITLE: Corporate Lawyer
PQE: 3+ years

OVERVIEW:
• The appointed Corporate Lawyer will be joining an established firm which covers the remit of corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase agreements, due diligence and a variety of other matters.
• This leading firm is keen to develop their corporate offerings and are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer who can deal with their own caseload of transactions.
• You will be working on your own workload of matters and will possess a minimum of 3 years PQE in dealing with the broad spectrum of corporate law.
• As the chosen Corporate Partner, you will have gained a soundtrack record in dealing with the broad spectrum of corporate transactions and will have worked within a leading regional or city practice renowned for this type of work.
• Well-respected, full service Legal 500 law firm who come highly recommended in the legal directories a variety of their legal service offerings.
