Private Equity Associate – NQ - 1 PQE Associate
A global US law firm are seeking a talented Private Equity Associate (NQ-1 PQE) to join their practice, in the firm’s London office.

The firm advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies throughout the entire investment lifecycle, from fund formation to exit.
Responsibilities:
- You will join the private equity team of the firm’s Corporate group, focusing their time on Private Equity transactions in the UK, Europe and globally.
- Additionally, you will have experience of NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary documents is expected.
Qualifications:
- NQ – 1 PQE years of demonstrably successful experience in a top tier private equity practice.
- You will ideally be UK qualified, though candidates from other common law jurisdictions will be considered.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
