Corporate M&A Lawyer (Energy & Infrastructure Focus)
London – £110,000 - £130,000
My client are a top tier international law firm who are looking to add a corporate M&A lawyer to their highly regarded energy/infrastructure practice in London. With offices across Europe, Middle East and APAC this law firm are able to offer high quality cross border transactional work.The team advises on a full spectrum of energy (oil & gas, solar, wind, hydrogen etc) & infrastructure matters including construction/project documents, financing, M&A and regulatory.For this particular role, you will ideally be a 5+ PQE corporate/M&A lawyer with strong experience in the energy & infrastructure sectors.Candidates qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa etc) are encouraged to get in touch.Please do reach out if you wish to find out more.
