Heres a glimpse into the exciting work we do:</p><ul><li>M&A: Advise on transformative, multimillion-pound cross-border acquisitions and mergers.</li><li>Private Equity/Venture Capital: Join the journey from seed funding to exit for innovative entrepreneurs and investors.</li><li>ECM: Guide companies through IPOs, offerings and regulatory compliance in fast-paced capital markets work.</li><li>Listings: Ensure seamless transitions to public markets under UK Listing Rules and AIM Rules.</li><li>Company Law: Provide robust advice on governance, compliance and commercial agreements.</li><li>Joint Ventures: Facilitate strategic collaborations through complex negotiations.</li><li>Reorganizations/Demergers: Streamline corporate structures for maximum operational impact.</li><li>Restructuring/Insolvency: Steer businesses through insolvency while protecting stakeholders.</li></ul><p>As a newly qualified lawyer you will be part of a talented andcollegiate corporate team dedicated to your training and development. Gain hands-on experience across all core areas of corporate law from reorganizations to joint ventures.
