The Role
The position will cover all aspects of corporate work, with a focus on private equity matters. This will include domestic and international M&A, disposals and public takeovers, private equity and venture capital transactions. The role will suit a corporate generalist who is looking to take on more private equity work, or an existing private equity specialist who is looking to develop their skills in a more relaxed environment than some of the firms' main competitors.
Requirements
Ideally, you will have -
- at least one year PQE
- experience in corporate / private equity gained from a recognised practice
- a strong academic record
- a willingness to engage in business development
