Their team advises International and UK public and private companies, FTSE 250’s, Fortune 500 and financial institutions on a range of domestic and cross-boarder transactions.
Based central Manchester
THE ROLE:
Good opportunity to join a market leading practice with your focus being on Private Equity or Equity Capital Markets.
If you are considering stepping away from a fee-earning role, this is a brilliant way to do so but continue to add real value to the corporate offering internally and for clients.
You will be required to support on business development matters and assist with client pitches from a knowledge management perspective.
You will lead in providing a training, research and knowhow ensuring that the firm is at the forefront of all legal and legislative developments that may occur.
THE CANDIDATE:
Experienced Corporate Solicitor, with your training and experience gained at a city, national or recognised regional practice.
The firm are looking to appoint either an experienced PSL, or someone with a minimum of 4PQE in Corporate who would be interested in exploring a move into a non-fee-earning role.
You will have ideally gained supervisory/mentoring experience over junior lawyers. The successful applicant will have strong technical black letter law skills and be someone the members of the team can turn to for technical guidance.
