We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Account Executive to join our Corporate Sales team based in Prestatyn.

HCA Healthcare UK’s portfolio of corporate clients resides in the Primary Care, Occupational Health, and Corporate Wellbeing businesses within HCA Healthcare UK: Roodlane Medical and Blossoms Healthcare.

As a Corporate Sales Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of HCA Healthcare UK’s small to medium important corporate clients, delivering HCA primary care services and raising the profile and awareness of HCA Healthcare UK in the corporate market place.

The Corporate Sales Account Executive represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers. Whilst leading the customer account planning cycle, ensuring assigned clients contracted scope of services and service expectations are met. Delivering (with clinical and operational colleagues’ input) client focused and flawlessly executed solutions to meet client’s strategic goals and grow the HCA Healthcare UK business. Working alongside the Operations team who are responsible for managing key functional tools (Intranet system called CIDER and the Meddbase platform) to ensure the needs of the client can be achieved and implemented within a realistic timeframe.

You will foster relationships with Small to Medium corporate clients, intermediaries and insurers via phone and email and to demonstrate an understanding of client businesses. Undertaking various projects periodically when required. This includes the implementation and assistance with client on-boarding and HCA’s contract approval process.

What you’ll do:

The Corporate Sales Account Executive will manage the relationships within a defined portfolio of key clients and will be accountable for delivering the organisational objectives across 6 key areas of focus:

  • A brand ambassador for Primary Care HCA UK.
  • Ongoing engagement and establishing sound relationships with corporate client stakeholders.
  • Account retention and evolving existing relationships.
  • Exploring HCA cross sell opportunities and identifying any risks to accounts.
  • New Business Acquisition through tender processes and/ or direct contact via intermediaries/ clients.
  • Financial Performance of the account portfolio.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in operational account sales / management roles (ideally within healthcare) with accountability for key data provision.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the RL systems is an advantage
  • Computer literate and highly proficient in use of Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
