A fast-growing multi-disciplinary firm are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate lawyer to join their team of around 20 professionals in their new London office.
The Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer's Role
The successful Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer will work with a diverse range of companies, assisting them in matters that span a broad range of a company lifecycle.
The Senior Associate Lawyer will get to work with a high quality of caseload, often against magic and silver circle firms, covering a range of sectors including technology, fashion, media and hospitality.
The Corporate Senior Associate Lawyer will work with clients in a range of matters including, but not limited to, Mergers & Acquisitions, equity and capital matters and commercial agreements and transactions.
The Corporate Associate Lawyer
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
- Proven track record in Corporate & Commercial Law
- Exceptional drafting skills
- Strong understanding of M&A fund-raising
- Proactive and team-oriented
- Strong ICT skills
- Experience mentoring is desired but not essential
